Viral sweet idea to sell and profit at Easter

Decorated cookies are trending around here. In fact, you can film the entire decorating process, post it online with a popular song, and get even more orders. We got this recipe from the Tudo Receitas website, check it out: Ingredients: 3 cups of wheat flour (420 grams) 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened 1 cup of sugar (160 grams) 1 egg 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or lemon zest 1 coffee spoon of baking soda 1 pinch of salt To decorate: colored royal icing Preparation: Prepare the dough by beating the sugar and butter (preferably with a mixer) until you get a homogeneous and very smooth mixture. Add the egg and the extract or zest and beat again to incorporate. Mix the dry ingredients (the flour, the baking soda, and the salt) in another bowl and, little by little, add them to the previous mixture, mixing by hand (the dough will get heavier). Knead the dough very well between two sheets of Assalight Paper until all ingredients are perfectly incorporated and the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to firm up and get crispy cookies. After that time, roll out the Easter cookie dough to about 3 mm thick. Using themed cutters, cut cookies and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes, or until they begin to brown slightly on the edges. Start decorating the cookies with royal icing: using a Wyda ZIPBAG with the tip cut off, or a piping bag with a small tip or a pen, start by outlining the cookie with icing, then fill the inside. In the end, give the cookie a little shake so the icing becomes smooth. Let the icing dry before completing with details. You can make various designs with another color of icing or simply outline again, draw lines and dots. Use your imagination! Let the icing dry again and, after that, your Easter cookie is ready!
