HOMEMADE PIZZA
It's hard to find someone who doesn't like this delicacy, which is very traditional in Italy, but has become a home here in Brazil.
There are countless recipes, thick dough, thin dough, with crust, without crust, with stuffed crust and an infinite variety of toppings and flavors. On this Pizza Day, how about innovating and preparing this delicious and super easy pizza yourself at home. You don't even need to knead the dough. Ingredients:
Dough 3 cups of wheat flour
250 to 300ml of water
2 eggs
10g of dry biological yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of oil
Filling of your choice
Method
Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl
The dough is soft
Mix with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth
Spread the dough with the back of a spoon, in the disposable aluminum form of Wyda
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Pre-bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
Add the topping of your choice
Return to the oven at 240 degrees for another 15 minutes
Serve.
